When I first met Amber, I had no idea of how much of a real estate badass she was. It’s because of Amber that we got a great deal on a property in the neighborhood we wanted.
I entered the real estate arena around May of 2012, when market conditions couldn’t have been more competitive. This was around the time the market was starting to recover and everyone and their mom was jumping in trying to pick up short sales at a good price. I can’t tell you how many times I would call Amber and tell her that I needed to see a property same day. If she wasn’t available, she always made sure one of her associates would show me the property. Sotheby’s is a top notch organization top to bottom.
As a first time home buyer, Amber made sure to help me though everything because I had no idea what I was doing, how long escrow took, etc. I had booked a trip and because my home was a short sale, it took longer to close than I had expected. Amber made calls every day to make sure I could sign escrow docs before I got on my plane ride to Aruba (literally). But that’s just Amber – she is SO tenacious, she never gives up, and she gets results for her home buyers.
So thank you Amber, you are the best real estate professional in town -and we are loving life in University Heights. When we are ready to upgrade our residence to something with more square feet, you will be our first call.
